hotel OK les chambres arrières sont un plus

Our stay was pleasant to begin with however towards the end the hotel staff proved to be very rude. They agreed to book a taxi in a advance in order that we could transfer to the airport on our final day. However due to the strikes they were unable to do this. On the morning we arrived at checkout only find find a taxi hadn't been booked and we were not told about it. The staff member on duty was rude and when we asked him to assist us in arranging a taxi reacted as though it was a huge inconvenience to himself. As a result we were unable to make it the airport and missed our plane incurring a cost of 300 euros. We were both very disappointed with our stay and would not come back or recommend anybody come back.

personale dell'hotel gentile e sempre disponibile; colazione ottima; camere piccole, ma calde ed accoglienti;hotel situato ad un passo dalla stazione di Asnières a 5minuti della gare Saint-Lazare di Parigi..meglio di così!
